Pregnant again so soon

Hey ladies, I had a baby 5 months ago via c section and I just fount out I’m about 6 weeks pregnant again. I heard there are many complications associated with getting pregnant before 6 months after having a c section, and that you should wait until a year. Do any of you have any experience with this? Please let me know!!
