Does it get easier?

I was 3 days late and hopeful. Then AF showed up this morning, and I’m devastated. Does it ever get easier?

Answer

I don’t know if it gets easier or if you learn how to cope. My husband said he sees major improvements in how I handle the stress of TTC. I often feel down and think about it all the time, but I’m learning to cope by reminding myself that God is in control, I can only do my best, deep breathing techniques, and trying to fill my schedule with fun activities that I can look forward to. I also let myself have a good cry when I need to because sometimes it just sucks!
