I was eating and then after an hour my heart started racing so fast and I feel so out of breath, nauseous and a I have a small stomach ache.. I’m 30 weeks pregnant 😕 I had this before minus the stomach ache and nausea part, the baby was fine as well moving like always and doctors said I was having a panic attack but I had those before and this is very very different than a panic attack it feels more like it’s something going on inside my body except today it feels worse
