Second time mommies!

Hi ladies, I’m pregnant with my second baby. With my first one I had severe preeclampsia and this time around my doctor told me to start taking a aspirin (81mg) has anyone else had to take these? And if so, how was your experience? Did it help and did you feel any symptoms?
