TMI: Is it true uncircumcised men smell, thus I should circumcise my son?

People are putting pressure on me to circumcise my son. They have given me so many reasons and the one that bewildered me was they smell no matter how much they shower and clean. Please help me. My son is 8 months and I wanted to leave this choice to him but now when I think of hygiene, which is key to me, it makes me wonder of am making the right choice.
