5 weeks & ALWAYS crying 😞

We are struggling bad right now. Our baby boy cries ALL the time when not being held and needs a pacifier. We can hardly ever put him down without him crying at the top of his lungs instantly. I have to have him in a carrier all day long or dad has to hold him so I can get anything done. We don’t know what to do!
