My blood pressure is always higher at the doctors... I have a upper arm home monitor and I also have my mom take it at home (she’s an RN) and both are always lower then at the doctors office

I don’t always feel nervous but sometimes I can’t help it ... is it because my arm is usually hanging down at the doctors at home it’s usually resting on the arm of a chair or on a table (yes at or below heart level )

Just curious if the doctors readings are more accurate then mine 😮
