Should I be worried!?

Currently 36 weeks pregnant and my husband spilled a cleaning product in the car it smelled like nail polish with hair spray, I don’t know what it was but I had to be in the car for over 2 hours with the smell I do have a headache, could this hurt the baby? It’s smelled really strong, I’m an anxious person

your probably fine but i’d probably air that sucker out really well and try to clean it as best as you can(have him do it) most carpet shampooers have attachments to do insides of cars and steps etc. it’s been a lifesaver for me(my lovely 2 year old spilled chocolate milk all in my backseat last summer) yummy. if you can’t really clean it still try to air it out
