To IUI or to I lVF

So I was wondering if you had the choice to do iui or go straight to ivf what would you choose? I’m 30 years old been TTC for a year and I really want to do ivf. Our insurance covers it and I know the success rate for iui is so low for those with unexplained infertility. I need advice.
