Low AMH and Clomid

I have low AMH. I was just tested and came up at .38. She said that I might not be ovulating BUT I get positive opk tests every month. My doctor says it’s possible that it could be a hormonal fakeout. Like my LH spikes but doesn’t release an egg. She gave me a prescription for Clomid. She did say that my ultrasound result showed that I had ovulated that month, at least.

If I’m already actually ovulating, is Clomid going to help? Anyone else had this happen? Anyone with super low AMH had success with Clomid?
