38+2 and no signs that labor is coming. Around 30-35 I had Braxton Hicks everyday and then they stopped, now nothing. No Braxton Hicks, no mucus plug, no decreased movement.

Dr said baby is down and really low but she didn’t check me.

She said I can start trying to help move things along. This is baby #3 and I don’t have problems dilating or thinning out, it’s getting my body to contract. In the past once I get them going it’s the real deal.

Any suggestions?
