How bad is it

I know it’s not good. And my gyno did an okay job explaining it to me but honestly my head was spinning so much at this news I wasn’t processing anything. He will be seeing a urologist soon as well. She seemed pretty confident we would have good luck with IUI. Any success stories with similar situation? Also any more insight into these results would be great.
