Almost 4 month old cries all the time with me

My daughter will be 4 months old March 16th she has been a pretty difficult baby since she was born tbh and she has been crying a lot recently she did have to get a tongue and lip release on Friday but I don’t think that’s bothering her anymore I just feel like her crying is getting worse and worse but it only seems to be when I have her or when I’m around. I had someone watch her this morning and she said she was really good and even slept in her swing (I’m constantly nap trapped) when she’s tired I even have to hold her paci in her mouth while she’s screaming until she finally stops and sucks on the paci and falls asleep within seconds but she doesn’t seem to be like this with other people just me. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or why she cries so much when I have her but its breaking my heart 🙁
