Costco travel system

Did anyone use this? How was it. We have a baby jogger city elite that will be used for walks and day outings (without a car seat), that way it gives my toddler the option to go into it if need be and I baby wear. So the actual travel system will only be used while shes in the bucket seat. And mostly visits with family, and errands. So I dont need a crazy good stroller. The price is phenomenal right now. I originally wanted the graco modes, mostly a graco in general, because I can get the adapter for my elite if anything were to happen to the stroller. Just not sure if it's worth double the money to hardly use it. Although if I get the modes, the elite will mostly just be used in the winter!
