Physical

So tomorrow morning I have my first physical since giving birth 7 months ago. I had a 2nd degree tear that definitely did not heal right as sex is so extremely panful. It feels as if an open cut is being dug into repeatedly and it makes me want to cry. I am terrified for the speculum insertion during my physical. Ugh! Anyone else still have pains from giving birth? You’d think that everything would be back to normal by 7 months but it most definitely is not. My husband keeps reminding me to ask my doctor if anything is wrong so our sex life can be normal again. But I’m not sure my doc would be able to do anything. Plus he’s male and I feel uncomfortable telling him it hurts when I have sex.
