For those who experienced losing your mucus plug, can you explain what it looked like? I went to pee this morning, and saw what I think was my mucus plug. It was a clump which was yellowish, thick and jelly like but not stretchy like normal discharge. I did start having vaginal discomfort afterwards but no pain or contractions. I'm 20 weeks. In L & D right now but cervix is closed and didn't get any answers as to what it could have been. My momma instincts feel like it was a piece of my mucus plug. I just want to know some insight in what to look for. My other babies were c sections, so I never experienced going into labor with them. Thank you in advance!
