Boobs

I’m 24w3d and for AWHILE now my left areola and nipple have been EXTREMELY and SEVERELY itchy and dry. Lie flaming off like crazy and my nipples have been leaking a little bit too. This is my second pregnancy and I do not remember this happening with my first. I’ve tried lotions and Vaseline and nothing helps!! Last nite I tried almond oil on a q tip and it took some of the itch away but they soak it up so fast I’m back to feeling like I have 200,000 mosquito bites on them smfh
