Can I wash my hair everyday ONLY with water and it won’t damage my hair?
Ok before anything please don’t attack me and hear me out 🙅🏻♀️. So I’m the type of girl to wash my hair with shampoo conditioner every night before sleep. I know I know “your not suppose to wash your hair every day” ok I get. But recently I just started working out in the mornings and it’s been a bit difficult for me not to shower at night again since I shower after my workout. So I’m trying to come up with solutions into not overly wash my hair like say...washing my hair only with water and condition only my tips? I have tried using dry shampoo but idk it wasn’t for me. I guess everyone is different.
What would you suggest I do? I know many will say well don’t shower at night but I. just. cant....not sure if it’s a habit already of mine showering at night or anxiety. But please suggest anything and I will go ahead and try it
