Mil ball

Anyone been to a military ball? I have mine to go to do NJROTC in HS. But not sure what type of dress to get. I don’t love my body, it’s gonna be hot and I have a lot of stretch marks behind my arms so I don’t really want to show them. Any one have pictures so I can see?
