When did you decide to tell your parents (grandparents) you’re pregnant?

Within 20 minutes of finding out. We decided every life is worth celebrating. Especially if it ended in another miscarriage we wanted it prayed over and for our baby to feel loved. We waited before and it was extremely hard on all of us when we lost it. This time I'm 34 weeks and going! He is perfect! We called the inlaws and then went over for family prayers. We announced at 5 weeks and asked for prayers and positive energy. Some people made rude comments about how we were sure to lose him but mostly people understood and were extremely supportive! At 6 weeks we had a scare and thought we were losing him. Everybody prayed for him and us. Turned out to be diverticulitis and we caught it in time before it caused problems with the baby. Honestly let them know! The more prayers the better I think! :)

With my first baby I waited until 16 weeks , with this baby I told them at 9 weeks! Both just felt like the right time!

We plan on telling mine tomorrow, just shy of 5 weeks. This will be the first grand baby on both sides 🥰

Right away every single time. It was unknown if I would ever have kids. Took 5 yrs 1 month to our first, I had a very early miscarriage (2015) another 2 yrs 1 month to our rainbow (She was born 2018) and then 1 yr 8 months to our most recent (found out New Years Eve and worked that into our happy new year video calls, missed miscarriage just last month) 
My reasoning is they've been through the ups and downs all these years with me and I'm not a fan of the whole "suffer in silence" thing. I've been very open about my infertility and my losses and I always will be. Not for sympathy or anything. But because it's so common and yet still so taboo. I dont want others going through similar to feel so alone. In the last 8 years and 10 months I've had so many friends open up to me about their struggles and losses and to let me know the more open I am about it, the more they don't feel so alone in it all.

I will be 26 weeks on Saturday in a very unplanned unexpected pregnancy that was never supposed to happen. This is baby #4. Choosing not to share the news with any family or friends due to the fact they would be very ugly and unaccepting of the pregnancy. I am a single stay at home mother of 3 currently working through a separation. The relationship with my family and my youngest two is already awkward and distant because of the separation and them choosing to make it that way. My children and I had to move back in with family at the  beginning of the separation so I am around family 24/7 and they have absolutely no idea. I am a stay home mother full time caregiver to my oldest who is special needs and my younger two are ages 2 and 1. Due to this I am unable to work and therefore there is no income. The timing could not be worse. I won’t be able to get anything this baby needs.
