Could someone help as the midwife is been less than helpful, is this a bloody show or more like fresh blood? Had some awful sharp pains

That looks like actual blood flow. Bloody show should be mixed with a BIG piece of your mucus plug.

My bloody show was mixed with mucus.. this is fresh blood and is go get checked out for sure.
