First time mom scared out of mind

I am 40+5 days and my doctor want to induce me on Sunday and I am scared out of mind what is like and the pain?!? I am only 20 years old and i don't have a mom to talk to and all the nerve are hitting me and I get so overwhelmed at times and start crying I been at a 5 for 2 and half weeks
