Anyone still smoke after transfer?

Touchy subject, I don’t smoke a lot but I can’t seem to stop! Just found out my transfer was successful! 4dp5dt and got a faint positive! Just just seem to stop completely! Still having a few puffs here or there so not even a whole one but the guilt feeling is horrendous

Lean into the guilt. I honestly can’t even fathom this, tbh. After all we go through to get to that point to potentially throw it all away like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️😢 I hope you find help and some coping skills. The best thing to do is cut all triggers and temptation out of your life, even if it’s people. This is more important.
