Should I get ICSI or no?

Been told I don’t need it since husbands analysis is okay? I cannot waste money if it’s a better option. Thoughts please!

My hubby's analysis was perfect.  My eggs were beautiful.  We did icsi to give the greatest possible fertilization rate.  They pick the best swimmers to inject, so in my opinion, absolutely.  For us, we knew our egg and sperm were meeting, but for some reason couldn't fertilize.  If you're going all in, why not really go all in with all the best chances for success?  That's my theory, anyway.

We had to do it because of my husband’s sperm. But if I were in your situation I would have gone regular IVF. There is no better selection than natural selection. 
My doctor said ICSI Increases fertilisation by about 15%. I also read in medical papers that it bias gender selection towards boys, 75:35, although we are having a girl.

I didn’t do it.  I felt if they were strong enough to meet naturally that they would make stronger embryos.  This was not based on any science, just my thought process.  It worked well for me!  Do what you feel comfortable with, your gut will tell you what’s right for your family.
