One nap or regression?

We have been struggling with getting baby girl down for her second nap. It feels like this has been going on for a month now. She does great for her first nap at 9:30-10:30 but everything is downhill for the afternoon nap. I’ve played with wake windows, have done crib hour and a half. Sometimes she falls asleep and then I have to end up waking her to keep bedtime appropriate. She is on her last day of leap 8, I’ve been trying to get ride it out but I’m at loss of what to do!

If it’s time to drop down to one nap— what’s the best way to do it!? Thanks 😊
