am i overreacting?!

my boyfriend and i have been together for a little over a month, and a few weeks ago he had lost his phone somewhere around my house and i called it so we could find it. once i found it i realized i wasn’t in his contacts at all so i asked why my number wasn’t in his contacts at all and he said he doesn’t need a name for my number because he knows it’s me... but i just found that odd. on my birthday this wednesday we were about to go to bed when i saw my contact number was changed to a “🥰” and idk, it’s just weird to me and i know it’s kinda not big of a deal but, am i overreacting this?
