I was in a long distance relationship for about a year me in Canada him in US now I'm living with my fiance and super happy then thing is when your in long distance you have to have so much trust and communication is so important. It's hard but its definitely doable

Husband and I have been long distance for  almost two years. I’m going on month 20 of not seeing him (seeing him in 24 days though!!!) we are perfectly fine and have no trust issues. They can work.

Usually not viable. My now husband knew this likelihood so he moved from TX to CA in with me.

We went from living together for a year and a half to long distance every summer. 3 months doesn’t seem like a lot but it felt like forever. We’ve had to do it twice and probably need to do it again this summer. We just visit as much as we can

I am in one right now. Just like any relationship, you must be willing to put in the work.

They work if you and your partner put in the work. I found that it made the time spent together more meaningful. Less time spent arguing about silly things and more time planning life  and developing  real love and appreciation for each other.
