Not asking if it means labor is near, etc just asking if losing it means your starting to dilate ? I’m 37 weeks lost a huge chunk of mine 2 days ago, and still losing tiny bits. My dr hasn’t checked me yet. Just wondering if this means I’m dilating at least

Nope it means nothing until you’re bloody show, even then labor can still be a ways away.

Not dilating; effacing or becoming thinner. Sometimes bits & pieces will just get knocked loose. It regenerates as well.

Not really. No. I didnt lose ANYTHING or have a bloody show with my son even after being fully dilated
