Does anyone have any experience using TENS units during labor? What are your thoughts?

Ive not used one while in labor, but i did use one a couple weeks ago to help severe hip pain and it was amazing relief. You CAN use them while pregnant, just don't put them on your abdomen because it can cause contractions, for those questioning it.

My husband has one, but we read you are not suppose to use it wile pregnant
