Hypothetical question

Let’s pretend for a moment ufos are proven to be extraterrestrial. And mass hysteria doesn’t wildly break out. In the event of that happening do you think there would be another sort of Cold War or some kinda weapons race to replicate such technology?

Do you think the “fuel” and/or technology of E.T vehicles being able to be reproduced be beneficial to the economy (like reduction in pollution and use of fossil fuels, more affordable/efficient fuel/modes of transportation, etc) ?
