Lady Strong
I was so proud of this picture yesterday, I kicked my butt doing shoulders and back. Then I started finding myself going into old thinking about how men would see it or if the guy I like would be turned off by it.
I then had to remember and remind myself women have every right to be as strong as men; in this case physically.
So ladies, be proud of your progress and rock those progress photos! 💪
