I can't find anything online has anyone experienced rhesus disease??

I'm Rhesus negative blood type and

my youngest daughter of 3 had rhesus disease, when I was 28 weeks pregnant with her I went for my routine bloods and anti-D injections which I'd had on the other pregnancies and my blood results came back that my daughter had rhesus disease my numbers increased over the following weeks and she was born at 37weeks 6ib2oz via c-section. The hospital was unsure of how this had happened as I'd had no bleeding, no miscarriage previously, nothing...

Tillie (now 6) had light therapy was in special care for 1week and had a blood transfusion she is now a perfectly happy little girl.

Had anyone else experienced this?

I'm pregnant with baby #4 I'm only 4 weeks so haven't made a midwife appointment yet but already worry is kicking in I can't seem to find anyone else who this has happened to as it's so rare.
