Irritable uterus...anything to be concerned about?

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks since we 20 and they seem to happen alllllll the time!! I’m thinking I have irritable uterus...
This anything to be concerned about?

I’ve been experiencing them on and off since like 19 wks. Some days more than others but primarily at night. I’ll take a bath and they will usually go away for the night. My doctor said its common for the uterus to start practicing when the baby presses up again the uterine wall. She said no need to worry unless you get more than 5 in an hour.
