Spotting. Please answer
So Ive been having some faint but obvious lines on pregnancy tests so just assumed OK I'm pregnant. Yesterday I was having some cramps, nothing extreme but noticeable. Now today I'm having spotting bleeding but like no cramps, I'm very nervous, no clots just pinky red, is this normal?. I'm not cramping and when I normally start a period I'm cramping really bad but not had any today.
