Did you ever experience slight gender disappointment ?

Feeling so guilty over it. Not even sure why I’m having it. I just wanted a healthy baby regardless

Yes I had it with my second child we already had a girl & we wanted another girl because we live in a 2house, I was really disappointed when we found out that he was a boy! We are 20+3 weeks pregnant again  with our 3rd baby & its ANOTHER BOY! we were so happy this time that he was a boy! So yes it real, & don’t feel disappointed from it,

I'm on girl #3 and it's my last pregnancy, i was really hoping for a boy this time so yeah i've had gender disappointment... mostly over it now though, since i know what i'm doing with girls already and won't have as much to learn

Yes with my third pregnancy, I already had two boys so badly I wanted a girl but no another boy I felt so bad but I got over it.

I always wanted a girl and honestly was so nervous I’d be disappointed if I got pregnant with a boy but now in my 6th month of struggling to get pregnant I genuinely could not care less... a little boy sounds just as amazing 🥺

I want and girl, hubby wants a boy. It’s our first so if we have a boy at least I will be happy that my husband is happy and hope for a girl next time lol

I had a little bit of gender disappointment this time, was really hoping for a girl, but this makes boy #2. I got over it pretty quickly just because I've been a boy mom for 10 years almost and it's all i know, so I'm comfortable with it, and at the end of the day i just want a healthy baby.

No but that's because I found out I was having a boy which is what I was hoping for. I would have if he had been a she. 
Gender dissapointment is real and it is okay, doesn't mean you won't love your baby

I wanted a son first and was dead set I was having a boy. I found out that I was having a girl and I just felt dumb for being so sure I was having a boy 😅 I wouldn’t say I felt disappointed at all. It was my rainbow baby pregnancy so I was happy as long as she was healthy.

Yes but it has faded. It’s ok to be somewhat disappointed, it doesn’t last forever, and it doesn’t mean you won’t love your baby just as much as you would’ve the other gender.
