I'll be 20wks tomorrow with baby girl and I do have a anterior placenta

As of 19+2 but I'm sitting up on the couch and I can feel hard kicks literally right under my breast! Of course this is my 10th baby but shouldn't she be like...right at the bellybutton? Not up above? I am short with a short torso (5'1). But I though more the lines of 22-24wks to feel her so far up. Anyone else 20wks and feel this? Or what about those further along when did you notice this?
