1 hour glucose test question??

I have my 1 hour glucose test in the morning for gestational diabetes
Is it better to eat a high protein, no carb breakfast or not to eat at all???

My doctor said I could eat eggs or something like that but I didn’t. My appt was so early in the morning that I chose to sleep instead of eat lol.

I just ate like normal for mine.

If you aren’t required to fast, don’t. High protein meal is good. I had eggs before my appointment and I passed.
