4 weeks today, could use some advice

I'm a mom of 3 amazing boys and one on the way. I also have 2 step sons that me and my fiancee are trying to get custody of. What I could use advice about is.... i had gastric sleeve surgery almost 2 years ago and wondered if anybody could give me some insite on any complications they had due to this surgery. I have a problem making sure I drink enough fluids and with my other kids I always swelled up really bad in the 3rd trimester. Also I take vitamin d once a week B12 once a month , 1 flintstone vitamin twice a day and 2 calcium carbonate twice daily.
