Ok so I have never had a transvaginal ultrasound is there anything I should know before hand? I’m at risk for an ectopic cause of pains and went to a&e the other night they have requested i have an ultrasound done straight away on Monday because my HCG is very high for 5 weeks ( I don’t know what it was they didn’t say) but what should the ultrasound look like? Would there be a heartbeat I’m 5 weeks and 5 days tomorrow
