If you’re gonna ask someone to spy on me maybe don’t suddenly take them out of the room without explanation. Especially not in a house with thin walls. Like really you couldn’t wait till I was like in the shower or you guys were alone in your room together???

My Godmother just asked her child to spy on me. I only heard fragments of the conversation but I heard my boyfriends name and the phrase “I have a right to be worried”. Like sorry ma’am I’m not sure you do. It’s no secret my parents hate my bf but my godmother had previously told me that she’d support any decision I made regarding the guy including specifically marriage. So this feels like a forks has been wrenched in my guts. And before you guys start saying maybe they have a point I’d like to say that my best friends of over 9 years as well as my therapist think he’s one of the best things that ever happened to me.
