Ok so I’m 3 days overdue now my mother in law asked if my mother was coming in with me when I go into labour I told her yes and now she thinks she can come in too😐I really don’t think I’ll be comfortable with her there what’s wrong with waiting until he is born to see him ?? Don’t know how to tell her though as she is convinced she can be there 🤷🏼‍♀️

Since when did labor become such a family affair? Me and my husband wanted to experience that together and alone. I’m super close with my mom too but we told everyone call you when baby comes. You can tell her your not comfortable or just tell her there’s a limit on how many you have in the room which is usually 2 anyways 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t know why this is a thing now.  The last thing I wanted was my mother or mother in law looking down the barrel of my vagina.  It’s bad enough I had the audience that I had. Haha

I made it well aware no one was to be in there but my husband and mom and no one could see the baby until my husband and I had our time with him and we only wanted my parents and his at the hospital. Our baby our rules.  Your baby tell her what you want.  I wouldn’t have been comfortable with an audience and when I was having contractions other people talking annoyed the crap out of me.
