Does this sound like first baby movements?

So I’m 20w4d and was told I have anterior placenta so it’s not uncommon to not feel anything but some times like for today for example I’m sitting on the couch after breakfast and have my knees up and I felt like a little knuge under my belly button I felt it once and once again it’s very quick!

Is this baby or could it be something else? It’s nothing like I’ve felt before. It’s my first pregnancy so I’m unsure what im feeling!

Another time was yesterday I was sitting and ate a ice cream and few minutes later I felt like tap in my belly!
