How to help my babies discomfort and poop

So my son is 7 weeks 4days, he has been gassy since day 1 and pooped normal up until 2 weeks ago. I started going every 2 days and on that 2nd day he’s me miserable and finally go then get didn’t go for 9 days...YES 9 DAYS that Monday night he pooped very little then didn’t go again for another 5days only because we took him to the doctor and he recommended giving him a suppository the following day if he hadn’t (which I knew he wasn’t but still waited to see) I have him the suppository and it took over an hour to work and I could tell he felt better but is still uncomfortable crying certain times of the day straining, and hasn’t pooped since then and it’ll be day 4 if he doesn’t tonight. Any help ?? Please! And he’s BM fed and occasionally from a bottle.

The bottle on the right isthe probiotic the doctor recommended..scared to since their not children’s.
