Did you sleep train your baby ?

My baby is 6 months and I’m going to start today , wondering about the other moms ?!

Yes and it was life changing... 100% would recommend. Just mentally prepare for it and remind yourself that baby will get longer deeper sleep once they can fall alseep on their own

I didn't have to honestly. She's been in her own room from day one (which is literally 10 feet from my room) and we have a video monitor. She's slept through the night for like 4 months now.

Yess. We didn’t do CIO. Just put him down when he was almost asleep. He’d wake up when I put him down but he was so tired he’d just pass out

I started the Ferber method March 2nd and i loves co-sleeping, but he starting kicking like a ninja in his sleep so we moved him to his crib. He did so well the first week, on week 2 now and we just put him down and he knows what to do 😍

Yes and to me it was 100% worth it, it only took a few days and now my son sleeps 11-12 hours through the night and goes asleep within minutes of being put down wide awake. Hearing him cry was tough but so so worth it. You can tell he is much happier now that he is more well rested!

Sort of, we didn't go with the cry it out method but instead when she was about 3 months we worked on sleepy but awake so she would get used to going to sleep in her bed and not in our arms. That worked well until the first sleep regression hit and so now we are helping her go to sleep with a solid bedtime routine, and quick cuddle then in her bed and we sit by the bed while she settles in. This includes a gentle shushing and or a hand on her chest for a moment. The last two nights it's progressively gotten easier for her to get to sleep so I think it's helping. She still wakes once in the night to eat but that's okay because it's a quick feed and back to sleep . Also doing the same method for naps .
