My daughter was born on the 25th and doesn’t have a single tooth but she’s been walking for almost two months and talks all day long. My son had 4 teeth when he was her age! How many teeth does your little one have?

When she walks and talks has nothing to do with when she will get teeth. She doesn’t have control over teeth at all. Late teeth doesn’t mean that she will be delayed anywhere else. Our first didn’t get any teeth until he was over 15 months old. He has always been above the curve with his speech and communication skills. I was worried about his late teeth and I read a lot about it. Everything I read said that it’s actually better when they come in later because it’s easier to clean them and as long as they’re under the gums, they’re protected, so cavities and other oral issues aren’t an issue.
Our daughter is 11 months now. She just got her first tooth last month and the second is just popping through. She seems to not be as good as communicating as our son was.

She has 8, almost nine. Got first tooth at 6 months and then 8th tooth came out last month before she turned 10 months. My nephew was a late bloomer with teeth and was super active at a young age. He’s 3 now and still working on molars. He is still so high energy. 
He was standing and climbing up on things at 9 months and self weaning off breast milk, only wanting foods and he only had two teeth when he turned one. I don’t think there is a correlation but it happens.
