Pcos- fertility tracker ?

Hi everyone-
I started to research the Ava fertility bracelet - there’s no research done with PCOS - has anyone used it having pcos and got pregnant with using their results of ovulation timeframe ?

Ava is garbage. These companies are profiting off of infertility and it’s sooo sickening! 
The case study for Ava included only 90 women, of Swedish decent, and had a BMI of 25 of less. Meaning, this sample groups isn’t large enough to be conclusive on any of their claims, and they are trying to use your pulse as an indicator of ovulation (like what?!) They also specifically say it will not work for you if you have PCOS. (Also, after I question their study, it’s pretty hard to find on their website 🤨)
What you can do for PCOS is pinpoint your hormone imbalance. Since it manifest in so many different ways, it’s important to know how your diet and lifestyle are impeding ovulation. 
Additionally, women with PCOS can have other issues that prevent pregnancy. For example, I personally have failed 5 rounds of Clomid & 1 round of Letrozole only to find out I had something built up preventing implantation in my uterus which is getting removed in a few days! 
If you want a super easy way to track bbt, splurge the $30 for the easy@home thermometer that syncs to the pre mom app.

I have PCOS and I bought ava a few years back and it didnt do a damn thing because with PCOS I wasn't ovulating sooooo yea. Money wasted. Now I'm on clomid. U should c a fertility specialist
