Diaper rash or yeast?

How can you tell the difference?

My little has a rash it’s red small bumps just around her vagina area only nothing on her butt.

This is our first time ever getting a rash there

I put aquaphor because that’s all I had but she was itching it when I was trying to change her diaper

Are diaper rashes itchy? Or just yeast?

Any recommendations on what u use?

She has super sensitive skin & eczema so I only use eucerin cream on her body.
