Is this the last of my mucus plug/bloody show?

I’m 32w3d and have been being treated for preterm labor for 9 weeks, I have IC and IU as well as placenta anterior previa

So I’ve been losing bits of my mucus plug as well as spotting all week, however I was just walking down the stairs to the bathroom and felt something fall out of me, when I looked in my pants I saw this huge glob of discharge, could this be the last bit of my mucus plug?

Last week I was 1cm, I see my OB later to check for further dilation

Yes I know it can regenerate!

Update: just went to the bathroom due to period like cramps and am now having this, bloody show?
