Belly Support

Katherine

A little back story: I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby boy. I have SPD for the second time and was just confirmed to have diastisis recti. I’m 5’2 and feel like I carry each little guy lower and lower.

With my first, I got one of those standard pelvic support bands, the little strappy ones that go under your belly and around your back. It worked well for me. Second time around? I rarely used it because my belly was so huge and just hung down over it, it offered no support. This time around, I used it early on but stopped again because it didn’t actually support my belly. And now with the added diastisis, I needed to find something to actually support my abdomen, not just my pelvis. After lots of hours researching and not wanting to spend $100 or more, I found this

I don’t know why the picture is upside down. But I ordered this from buy buy baby for $25. I’m between a medium and large and ordered a medium because I definitely would rather have it tighter than too loose. I put it on and the relief was instant. I’ve worn it one day by itself and another day in addition to the pelvic support and it’s life changing either way.

Pictured below: just the belly boost

I’m not sure if you can tell from just the pictures how much more supported my belly is but I just wanted to spread the word to other mamas who might be dealing with the same pain that this product is super helpful!
