"Eh eh" sound

Anyone else's 6.5 month old making an "eh eh" sound? Like throat clearing, but also like catching her breath? I can't tell if it's just her new favorite sound or if there's an actual airway/throat situation going on or if she's just a really productive drooler and has a lot to swallow. She can breathe normally too, none of the breathing danger signs except for some slight nostril flaring. Just curious if it's common before I talk to her doctor about it.
